I only got a status email update because I'm subscribed to https://cloudstatus.carestreamdental.com/ but that was at 11:39am, a little too late to be of any help.
We were informed 12 minutes before it went down. Not much time to get ready for an all day outage.
Agree. Beyond frustrating. Incredibly expensive to pay for a service that doesn't allow us to do our jobs.
Please give us a update on the server
Seems to be an every other month occurrence.
