For the last few weeks, when exporting anything from Imaging the whole program freezes making it necessary to exit Citrix and restart OrthoTrac Cloud. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

As far as I know we have had no other reports of this issue. I am sending a call to the Imaging team to have them reach out to your practice.

Yes! The software will constantly freeze!
