I have noticed that sometimes there are notes written on a patient's treatment card on the appointment summary page that have three dots (...) but there is no way to see the extra notes that that indicates there are. The majority of the time there is a 'Read More' link that allows us to view notes not all able to be seen on the summary appointment view. Why would there be times we can't see the extra notes?
Thanks,
Jennifer

@EROrtho Any time the notes exceed the limit - there should be a read more link.
If you would like to always see your full treatment history - Click the wrench on the main Orthotrac toolbar - Charting Maintenance.
In the center column under charting options, place a check next to - Show full tx history.

Thanks for your response DFletcher. I went and looked at it closer on a different computer, and on the specific patient that I noticed this on (there have been others in the past but this was the time I noted it to bring it here to be addressed), I was able to see the whole comment. However, when I went back to the original computer, it was still as I saw it before with the ... and no way to see the extra notes. It doesn't have the Read More link. Could this be something with the computer resolution? If I were to adjust the wrench, would it only change the settings on that one computer or on all the stations? It still doesn't make sense why some of the entries (and again there have been others, I just haven't written down any of those specific patients to troubleshoot this issue) don't allow me to see all the notes, indicate there are more with the ... but don't have the Read More link.
Good Morning @EROrtho !
If you adjust the wrench, it does update the setting on all computers, global setting.
The screen resolution based off the system requirements is:
• Plug and Play Monitor supporting 1920x 1080 screen resolution
It wouldn't hurt to check this just to be sure that's not the issue, especially since it's not doing it on all computers.
