Orthotrac Cloud v. 126.96.36.199 is running Extremely slow & then times out. We cannot open a patient chart. Our IT guy checked our settings & they are fine. Anyone else getting an Error message today. ???

Yes, we are having the same problem. Can't open the software at all, it keeps timing out.
