Can't login to Orthotrac cloud again this morning from any workstation, says check your network connection. Internet access working on all workstations, but retarted modem/firewall/router just in case, still no connection. Over an hour wait on hold, but I need to have this working now! Please contact my office ASAP, 360-428-4979. We can't have another lost day!!!

Started off my morning unable to bring a workstation online. Now we are all completely out. Escalations is on now trying to fix it. We've been living up to our end of the contract with the monthly payments. Carestream has not.
This is so inconvenient. This cannot continue to happen!

A lot of us clients would like a fully disclosed explanation of what is the root cause of these numerous recent outages and if it going to continue. This is really effecting productivity and revenue.

we need to all demand refunds for mulitple months and the loss in production. This company doesn't earn what we pay them
Agreed. I asked about refunds. Was told it is in discussion. We are ready to join anyone with a class action. This is unacceptable.
Agreed! Carestream needs to compensate users for these unacceptable outages and not living up to the contract they created. Anyone on Carestream want to step up and answer us for once, I'll wait........................................................

Lies! We have contact support and nobody is helping us get back on the cloud. Stop with your pathetic "company line" and work on fixing the real problem.
Can you please give us an update on when you expect Orthotrac to be back up? Even our patients are saying "again!" when we tell them our program is down again.
this is **bleep**in ridiculous! this is the most unreliable cloud software in the industry! Get you company figured out or refund all your customers and until you earn our trust and fees we pay!
