Since last week (not sure if this occurred before the upgrade), some but not all of our workstations are getting stuck at the csdental.cloud.com screen of Citrix. For example, last week one of the chairside stations had this issue and then it magically started working again later that afternoon. And today my workstation in my office is affected.
I've tried reinstalling Citrix Workspace, updating it, exiting and restarting it but this will hold at this screen so that I'm unable to run Orthotrac Cloud or any other cloud based applications.
Any ideas?

Just sharing this with everyone, apparently this is a known issue after the upgrade that was done a couple of weeks ago. There is likely some kind of conflict between the local citrix workspace profile and the updated one on the cloud server and it needs to be reset.
This is still an issue, in case any customer support reps are reading this.
Just to add to this... I logged in under my account (the one in the report above) in a different location and it does work normally. So the situation appears to be limited to the computer itself, but nothing has been changed and I even tried reinstalling Citrix.
