You still haven't resolved the issue and marked my past post as Solved. Typical Carestream not resolving issues. To quote your previous post Phil
"Orthotrac does not actually have a way to assign a Status to a responsible party. Statuses can only be applied to patients in the system."
Clearly you are wrong as we have several patients with this issue and now all of a sudden it is a problem you recognize. Please try to focus on doing your job and dealing with customer concerns in the future.
