PLEASE HELP! Hours of time spent with Orthotrac and imaging support team and PDF files STILL stop opening in the imaging documents "tree." Every compatible version of adobe has been uploaded, the pdf files will start opening and a few hours later, they stop. Neither my computer techsor Otrac's support team members can correct. Huge problem bc that's where signed financial contracts are uploaded. Does anyone have recommendations? I would really appreciate your input!
I included this information when I escalated your other concerns to the team so that they are aware of this issue when they reach out.
