We have had no other clients report this issue so it is unlikely to be related to anything specific in version 14.2. Please make sure that your workstations are set to display the correct locations in Patient Flow Maintenance (in this case I mean schedule locations as well as the patient-flow specific locations like Lobby, Operatory, etc.).
