Phase I defaults tab

We have noticed that since the new update, the Phase I dates automatically default into the Full TX tab.

Has anyone else have this issue?

Yes, just checked and have the same issue.  Also noticing that if you have a phase 2 and put that new date in as a start, old claims populate box 41 with the new date.  Not sure if it's just me, but I suspect not.

Re: Phase I defaults tab

Good day Heidi (preichl‌),

I'm not sure what you mean by "automatically default".  Phase I dates are kept separately from the dates entered into the Full Treatment tab.  However, only the dates entered into the Full Treatment tab are currently used for dating information elsewhere in OrthoTrac.  For more information please see the following recently entered knowledge page:

If you are seeing an issue where you enter information into the Phase I tab and then it gets automatically copied to the Full Treatment tab, please provide more information on the steps to reproduce the issue.

Regards,

Phil Carter / OrthoTrac Escalations
