Post and Print letters

Today when trying to post a letter to a patient, I am getting an error that states "This error occured in Create Word Processing Merge Files (Error Number 76). You should retry this function again and if problem persists...." blah blah blah. Anyone else or am I the only lucky one?

Typically that issue indicates a problem with the group policy that creates the W:\  drive for an individual user.  Please exit completely from OrthoTrac Cloud and then restart the program, which will force the group policy to be re-read.  Generally this will correct the issue. If it does not, please call Support at 866-722-2567 or email Support.US@csdental.com   for assistance.  We would need to know the Citrix / Cloud user which is experiencing the issue to resolve.
