Questionnaire length

Hello all,

Is anyone else having issues with creating questionnaires, that when being completed, not all the questions are present?

I created a questionnaire with 87 questions, but when filling out the questionnaire, it stopped at question 53.  After I revised it by removing a multiple answer question that took too much space in the questionnaire and replaced it with a narrative answer question , it went to question 56.  All the rest were left off the document.

Is there a limit to the size of the questionnaire in the screen where it is being filled out?

I am not aware of a character limitations.    Do you not get a NEXT button on the bottom to advance to additional questions?

It turns out the next button was behind my task bar at the bottom of my screen and I couldn't see it.
