Receiver issue

I have two stations that cannot log in because of the receiver issue. Trying to figure out if system issue or something on our end.  I've tried all the reset steps. thx much.

Carestream Dental is aware of the issue and investigating in order to resolve.  I will post an update/notice to this thread when I have more to share.

We are having the same issue. Seems to be a system wide problem, as when I called support there were 37 callers ahead of me, and expected wait time was 1 hour and 40 min.

We believe the issue is fully resolved but please let me know if you are encountering further issues.
