I have two stations that cannot log in because of the receiver issue. Trying to figure out if system issue or something on our end. I've tried all the reset steps. thx much.

We believe the issue is fully resolved but please let me know if you are encountering further issues.
We are having the same issue. Seems to be a system wide problem, as when I called support there were 37 callers ahead of me, and expected wait time was 1 hour and 40 min.
