Referral Report by New Patient Exam

I'm looking for a report that would allow us to look at the new patients that came in for an initial exam in a month, and then track where their referral source came from. 

In other words, we'd like to know how many patients that came in for a new patient exam in month came from outside doctors, patients, staff, etc.

Good Morning @Hurstortho  

You can do this two ways:

1.  Reports - Patient Tracking - Patients with Procedure Codes Posted During Date Range.

Choose your NP Procedure and the date range.  Under View Results as:  Choose Case Acceptance.

This will give you a list of all patients that came in for Initial Exams during the selected date range along with their current status - Contract info if they started treatment and referral source.

2.  Do the same Patient Tracking Report - but choose to view results as: Contact Expert.

This will place the list of all patients that came in for Initial Exams during the selected date range in the Contact Expert module where you can then choose 8 additional pieces of information - including referral source.
