Since Orthotrac completed a migration a few weeks back, our reminder calls, texts and emails which are completed with Sesame Communications are not working. Have contacted Orthotrac and Sesame and they keep sending me back to the other. Anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this or having the same issue?
If you are referring to the Citrix Workspace migration, then we had the same issue. It was on Carestreams end. I worked with escalation to get ours resolved.
