This error happens occasionally when trying to open charting on Orthotrac cloud. After clicking OK the entire charting module quits. The window title is the patient's name and ID number which I have blurred out in the screenshot below:
Any ideas?

I reached out to our escalations team on this and it was suggested to call into support as this error could be from a number of things and they would need to do some research.
Ok thanks for the response. We were experiencing the runtime errors consistently for a while, but now seem to have alleviated themselves. I'll call in if it comes back.
