I have a billing team of 4. 2 of us have worked remotely for 2 years. The other 2 just started working remotely. For those 2, when they view or print a claim, the signature on file boxes are blank. We're all on the same system, when I view or print a claim, those boxes are populated with "signature on file". Why is that and how do we get it populated for everyone?
@jodefoe That information comes directly from Carrier Maintenance under the Wrench icon. Each carrier can be set up differently. Check the carrier that is printing that area blank - make sure the release and assign section are set to -signature on file. See below:
If I print the claim it is there, if my c0-worker prints the same claim it is not there.
@jenpav Can you help with this? Two people print the same claim, one has signature on file, the other is blank.
