Yesterday and today we are experiencing slow response time or (not responding) delays when moving thru screens. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks
Yes, our entire team is having this occur in Orthotrac. Seems like it happens every day. Each time we try to pull up any screen it does not respond.

Carestream has a MAJOR issue with communication.
There is no reason that an office should have to go into a "blog" to get updates. Carestream should be email blasting information anytime there is a degradation in service.
This is becoming all too frequent with Carestream / SoftDent.
I completely agree. It feels more like daily for us. When the doctors discuss changing software it is really hard to discourage them when daily operations are slowed down immensely.
YES!!! I have very slow response and screens are locking up constantly. I have a call into the cl0ud team - ESCALATION as of yesterday. Mon 10/12/20. I have not heard back from anyone and have NO RESOLUTION. The constant cloud issues are becoming very frustrating and affecting my office severely.
