Transaction date on credit card receipt

Jump to solution

We use ePayments credit card processing and just noticed today that the transaction date on the printed receipt shows the year as 1921.  Ooops!  I'm assuming that isn't something we can change?

Good day @ajschopp  and @sblack ,

Good news:  there is a fix available for this issue.  Please see the following thread for the original post notifying our clients about this issue:

https://community.carestreamdental.com/t5/ORTHOTRAC/ePayments-1921-Date-Issue/m-p/21458#M2428

For reference, here is the relevant information from that thread:

There is now a fix available to correct the "1921" date on credit card receipts.  Simply visit the Carestream Dental website at the link below to download the instruction PDF and the installation file.  Please note that the installation file must be run on all computers processing credit cards via the ePayments v1 software.

If you have any other questions, please let us know!
