We have not yet updated to the new version of Orthotrac, but have watched the webinar.
With the "old" orthotrac" we are able to open two treatment cards on one monitor, to represent the two patients in two chairs.
The new version of Ortho trac claims that only one treatment card can be opened per monitor as long as the monitor is oblong shape.
We want to be able to use one monitor and still have two treatment cards open without having to minimize one or the other. Is this possible at all?

Good day @ellybanton ,
You may have as many different copies of Charting open for as many different patients as you wish on the same workstation (although opening up large numbers of different patients' charts will eventually cause performance issues). However, the new Charting was designed for an industry standard resolution of 1920x1080 and will use all available screen space on widescreen monitors. It cannot be resized at this time. You may still open Charting for multiple patients but you will not be able to view them side by side. You can still switch between the two rapidly by using the keyboard shortcut Alt-Tab to switch to the next available window and Shift-Alt-Tab to switch to the previous window.
If being able to view two patients' Charting side by side is important to your practice, you will need to ensure that you use the setting to use the original Treatment Card once you update to the new version (Maintenance/Setup, Charting Maintenance, "Use Original TX Card"). This will allow you to continue to use the original Charting interface. However, it is important to note that the original Charting interface is no longer receiving any bug fixes, enhancements or changes. All new features and fixes are being done for the new Charting exclusively at this point.
