This post is to advise all readers that two new articles have been posted in the Documentation section. Each article details a known issue in OrthoTrac version 14.x which has the potential to cause data loss in Charting. Please see each article for the full details. Please note that the first of these two has been corrected in the final version 220.127.116.11 release. The other defect is still slated for a fix in a future version.

On the notes tab will we still be able to "paste" our treatment plan? We use questionnaire to create the treatment plan from the new patient exam and then copy/paste into notes. The treatment plan is usually several lines with bullets. I'm concerned that if the new notes has fields it won't be able to do this.

No worries, the redesigned Notes tab will still allow you to copy and paste with no issues. The "field" for entering notes is a large box covering half the available space onscreen. Below is a screenshot:
