Can Was Not Brought be added to Orthotrac

Good day @Bamforddental1 ,

I am not sure what you mean by "Was Not Brought".  Are you talking about a Status?  If so, you can add new Status codes yourself under Status Code Maintenance (Functions > Maintenance/Setup > System Maintenance > Patient Status).   

If you do not mean a Status, please provide more details on what exactly it is you are asking about and  in what function or area of the software.

Hi I was asking if a patient Was Not brought is this feature on Orthotrac like on R4? This is to be used along side Failed to attend.

I am still not sure what you mean by "was not brought" or "failed to attend".  If you are talking about a feature that is in the R4+  software and which you would like to see added to OrthoTrac, this is not the place for that.  Instead, enhancement requests should be posted in the Product Ideas section of our site. 

The Product Ideas section can be reached by clicking the Practice Management pull-down on the toolbar at the top, then selecting "Product Ideas" at the bottom. A direct link is also available here:
