We had a server migration last week and have had issues with imaging. It is impossible to get help from support, first you have to go through someone who routes you to receive a call back...that may or may not happen. I have spent the last 3 days working on the same problem and have requested someone to contact our IT company to coordinate and rectify the issue. Imaging gives an excuse saying no one answered when they called...which is not true. Monday when I called imaging there were 34 callers ahead of me....wait time was 1 + hours. Orthotrac has never had 1 + hour wait times, what is going on?
