I got through to escalations. They rebooted our server, and we are all up and running right now. Hope you all get back service asap.
I didn't do anything special, but just tried logging in and it worked. So we're up and running again.
We got one computer up just enough for most of the staff to clock in, but it went down shortly after.
we are down too. Waiting on the customer service line for escalations. If I get any useful info I'll share here. Not optimistic given the cloud status page is a pretty shade of fully operational green. grrrrr
