Why is it every time I need to add credit card processing to a new location Carestream can't seem to figure out the process? All they need to do is look at the last location I added and replicate the process. No, I get the same email wanting to schedule training and asking about card readers etc. It takes forever and a day for the light bulb to go off and finally the 15th rep figures it out. Seriously?!
