Patient has two phases of treatment. I submit a claim with the original date of phase one. Now patient in phase two. I create a claim for phase two, takes new banding date, no problem. However, when I go back to look at phase one claim, it has populated with phase two banding date and no longer correctly reflects the claim I originally submitted. Am I doing something wrong? Thx.

We have had no other offices report this issue and are looking into it now. I will discuss this with you tomorrow when I talk to you about the Protected Trust integration questions you had as well.
[[EDIT: After speaking with Paula it turned out that this issue was related to a previously reported defect which will be addressed in a future version of OrthoTrac.]]
