Write off type in Orthotrac

Can you tell me how many types are available under Write off in the ledger? I want to add a type but I don’t see where it can be added. Thank you.

There are 5 available write-off types.    

Collectable

Uncollectable

Discontinue tx

Transfer out

User defined write off

To edit these types - go to Daysheet set-up (daysheet must be empty) - Rpt setup.

On the left side of the screen, scroll to write-offs and double click the write off type to change.     * You can change the available options, but are unable to add more.*
