auto payments using credit/debit cards

Hello 

Have a question regarding auto payments using a credit or debit card, how do offices handle accounts if the card is declined?

They generally treat them like any other credit card service that come back declined. The first thing to check the expiration date. If that is correct, a call needs to be made to the card holder for them to check with the issuing bank. You can also reach out to TYSYS and obtain the rejection reason, although they are fairly general rejections messages that come back. However, they can be helpful at times if they are coming back with a code for insufficient funds if that is the case.
