We have recently identified a date-activated issue in the ePayments software. With the change of the year to 2021, the software inadvertently causes the “2021” year to print as “1921” on credit card receipts. This does not affect transactions within the software and is limited to the receipt content only.
Our development team has identified the root cause of this issue and is actively working on a solution.
