ePayments Credit Card Processing Issues 11/27/2019
TSYS is having system issues this morning which is affecting credit card processing.. The below error message appears when trying to authorize or settle credit cards. TSYS is aware of the problem and is actively working to address it. We expect that this issue should be resolved very soon.
Carestream advised against calling TSYS, as this issue is causing long wait times on their phone lines
