When we opened this morning, Nine HOURS AGO, I left a message with the team leader of the imaging escalation group after being on hold for 1 hour. I NEVER received a call back, so I called again at the end of the day and waited an additional 2 hours to get a first level customer support rep on the phone. He told me that the 2 people who were supposed to get back to me could not and were not answering his in-office email. He said they would call me tomorrow morning, but would not say what time, and then hung up on me, because I demanded a time to expect the call! I've been an Orthotrac customer paying monthly support for over 30 years and have purchased 2 of their pan ceph machines.
I cannot open pdf files in the documents imaging tree and none of their customer support reps so far can't fix this.
What is going on with Orthotrac? I am at the point where t I have no choice than to dump them. Any recommendations?
