orthotrac on tablet to small to see

we had to change our wifi in our office, all tablets and computers have been fine with this except one.  When it would not reload to citrix and once I did have someone help with this.  Orthotrac is so small that you can not read it.  I would like to have someone help fix this.  I was told it could not be fixed, but non of the other tablets are like this.

Is it just the OT icons that are too small or are all the icons on the tablet too small?

There is no way to change the size of the icons inside of OT.
Changing the size of the icons on the tablet itself might help with that.

Usually when that happens, the screen resolution is not set correctly.
