Each time our office generates statements, the ledger is stamped with the comment "statement generated".
As we don't always send them the same day or send all the ones we've generated, we'd like to know if there is an option to turn that stamp off. Additionally, if there is an issue and we have to generate the statements more than once, the stamp clutters up the ledger.
Also, as e-statement users, we'd like to know if there is a way (or possible suggestion for upgrade) to instead only stamp the ledger when the statements are processed, similar to e-claims for insurance.

On the General tab of the Statement Options window (Maintenance Wrench > Statement Options) you have the ability to to turn off the "Statement Generated" message on ledgers.
Also, tagging @uriyahrobinson so he can see your request regarding when to post the message to the ledger for automated statement users.
