Good day Tara ( @hwhtara ),

The ability to override existing schedule days with a different standard was introduced in version 14.3.   If your practice is running a version prior to that, then you will not be able to add new standards on top of existing schedule days.

If you are on version 14.3, the override is enabled by default.  Simply select Add Days, then select the office, doctor and standard.  The calendar will display. Days appearing in light gray are days in the past and cannot be added. Days in green have already been added and do not conflict with the new standard you have selected.  Days appearing in dark gray have already been added but conflict with the new standard you have selected and you will not be able to add the new standard on top of those days.

In version 15 and higher of OrthoTrac the override mode is disabled by default. To select the option to override existing days with a new standard, click the toggle switch for "Override Standard" at the bottom as in the below screenshot.

When "Override Standard" is enabled, the system will pause for a few seconds while checks are run for the days already added versus the new standard you have selected and then the calendar will display.
