Good day Paula ( @paularyfa ),

Please see my edited initial response above.  Version 14.3 has now passed final certification and we will begin updating of Cloud clients starting on the evening of Thursday February 14th.  For non-Cloud clients the locally hosted version will be available two weeks later, on March 1st. 

If you need your practice prioritized for the update, please let me know and I will see what I can do.

well..we just got 14.3.0.186 installed and today is the first patient day using it and there is a huge issue with the lightbar timing out. I've spent the past 20+ minutes on the phone with tech support trying to solve the issue with no solution so far...

Good day Laura ( @sundberg101 ), 

From what I see in the call notes, Jamie Ellis has worked with your practice to resolve this (it has to do with incorrect firewall settings on the OrthoTrac data server).  Please let us know if you have other questions.
