Is there going to be a fix so that you can actually see your sent emails through inter-office mail. Also when you respond to an email, the original message is not there, that your responding to, you have to copy and paste the original message so they know what message your talking about.

Regarding sent items in Staff Mail not showing in the Sent folder -- Please check your settings in Staff Mail and verify that you have turned on the option to keep a copy of your sent items.
1. Open Staff Mail, then click on the wrench icon on the toolbar:
2. Place a checkmark in the box for "Keep copy of sent items".
If you want to delete items from the Sent folder after a specified number of days, check the box for "Keep sent items for XX days" and then specify the number of days. Leaving this setting unchecked will keep items in the Sent folder until they are manually deleted.
Please note that these settings are staff-specific, so they will need to be repeated for each staff member that wants to keep a copy of their sent items.
Regarding having the original message appear as "quoted text" when you click the "Reply" option -- This request has been previously made and is in the works for a future version of OrthoTrac. Thank you for the feedback!
