How To Set The Default Scanner In OrthoTrac

1. Open any patient's chart in OrthoTrac.

2. Select the Imaging icon.


2a. Cloud offices, if prompted select Cloud.


3. Select the Preferences icon. 


4. Select the Scanner tab, click the "Select Scanner" button, in the new window click your scanner then "Select", finally select OK.


NOTE: Do not select any scanner that starts with "WIA", these are not supported. If you do not see your scanner or you only see your scanner with WIA then you will need to contact your local IT and ask them to install a TWAIN driver for your scanner.

5. Your scanner is now set and you can scan documents as normal.
