Appointment book time is wrong

This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks our Practice Works clock does not match our computers. We have called and no one seems to know how to fix it. It makes it so employees can not clock in properly our appt book time is off with patients. This is very frustrating.

Don't hold your breath!  We have waited over 2 weeks for "someone to contact us soon".
