Appointments

Is there any way to assign a producer to the "non-producer" column when making an appointment?  We have assistants who do quite a few procedures, thus they have their own column, so it would be nice when 2 or more are working consecutively on the same patient to have their individual assigned colors be visible.  Thank you.

     The color on appointments is decided by the producer assigned to the top of an appointment.

     

     Unfortunately selections made in the "prod" and "non-prod" areas do not influence the display colors for an appointment other than showing white for "non-prod" time.
