I'm reaching out to support right now.
We re-ran the utility and are still experiencing the same problem. A patient has used their insurance benefits but after the recalc, it shows benefits remaining. This is exactly the issue we have seen.
I am confirming that we did a "Reset benefits" on the first workday of January; I was not sure but I confirmed that the office manager does it.
