Some care credit cards are Mastercards.  We have to go online to enter this transaction so it doesnt automatically go into PW.  When we try to key CCREDPMT it tries to make us enter a credit card and will not allow us to enter the payment.  Is there a way around this?

The Care Credit integration software is built by Care Credit themselves for applications to use. When they introduced their MasterCard versions the version of the Care Credit integration app was not able to correctly run those cards, and they do not process through the ePayments module. 

The only workaround is to process the cards manually through the Care Credit website and then manually enter the payments into the patient's ledger.  You will need to create and use a new patient payment code for the payment so it will not show under the Care Credit section on the Deposit slip and details report.  If the office used the old method of entering Care Credit payments, you can use that method to enter the payments into the ledgers.
