@Anon - I need some help understanding what I need to do in order to bring up the "archive" option. I selected all the fields that I feel would apply to the claims I'm looking for:
However, the "archive" and "archive all" options didn't come up for me (as you can see above). ALSO, there were "Submitted" claims in my list, even though I had not selected that option. Why would that be?
We are currently on 9.0 and was wondering with the new update, can the front office staff check in patients while the dentist has the patient file open? Because at the moment we can't seem to do that and it's pretty frustrating not being able to do that.
