CS PracticeWorks v9.1- What's New!

Hi PracticeWorks Community,

We are wrapping up the next version of PracticeWorks (v9.1) and will be updating cloud over the next couple weeks. Disks should ship soon after that. 

See the updates below. There is a PDF attached as well.

 

------ Priority Ship List ------

If you posted a comment on the 9.0 What's New post to be put on the Priority List, then you will automatically be put on the 9.1 list.

If you didn't, then post a comment here with your office phone to be put on the priority list.

@Anon - I need some help understanding what I need to do in order to bring up the "archive" option.  I selected all the fields that I feel would apply to the claims I'm looking for:

However, the "archive" and "archive all" options didn't come up for me (as you can see above).  ALSO, there were "Submitted" claims in my list, even though I had not selected that option.  Why would that be?

They started shipping Friday I believe. You can also call support to schedule an update. Let us know what you think of the new release!

I still have not received the update disc. We prefer to do updates on weekends since we have so many computers to update. Any update on shipping? Thank you for checking.

Hi. I requested v9.1 and received v9.0 CD. The webpage doens't let me request again.

Can you ship 9.1 CD please?

Hi, we haven't started shipping the 9.1 yet.
You will still get one when we start to ship those in the next week or two.

We are currently on 9.0 and was wondering with the new update, can the front office staff check in patients while the dentist has the patient file open? Because at the moment we can't seem to do that and it's pretty frustrating not being able to do that.

Nope, just having the patient file open and ready to go on the computer disables the front desk from clicking check in.
