We are wrapping up the next version of PracticeWorks (v9.1) and will be updating cloud over the next couple weeks. Disks should ship soon after that.

@Anon - I need some help understanding what I need to do in order to bring up the "archive" option. I selected all the fields that I feel would apply to the claims I'm looking for:
However, the "archive" and "archive all" options didn't come up for me (as you can see above). ALSO, there were "Submitted" claims in my list, even though I had not selected that option. Why would that be?
Hi there! Just checking on the status of the 9.1 disks. Have they been shipped yet?
I still have not received the update disc. We prefer to do updates on weekends since we have so many computers to update. Any update on shipping? Thank you for checking.
Hi. I requested v9.1 and received v9.0 CD. The webpage doens't let me request again.

We are currently on 9.0 and was wondering with the new update, can the front office staff check in patients while the dentist has the patient file open? Because at the moment we can't seem to do that and it's pretty frustrating not being able to do that.
