I still have not received the update disc. We prefer to do updates on weekends since we have so many computers to update. Any update on shipping? Thank you for checking.
@tyson_edwards - I need some help understanding what I need to do in order to bring up the "archive" option. I selected all the fields that I feel would apply to the claims I'm looking for:
However, the "archive" and "archive all" options didn't come up for me (as you can see above). ALSO, there were "Submitted" claims in my list, even though I had not selected that option. Why would that be?
