We are late to the game regarding electronic charting. Our hygienist has graciously offered to chart existing restorations from the paper charts at each recall BUT she is unable to input inlay/onlay materials. When I go into configuration those items are grayed out and I cannot assign a ranking - how do I get this resolved? Thank you.
