Why would a patient being checked out interfere with my ability to modify a previously posted bulk check? Note: the patient being checked out was not on the check, nor was any family member.
@jdowner it happened again a couple of weeks ago, but this time I was posting a procedure, not a payment. I emailed PW support, but the response was unhelpful
Doing a checkout to an unrelated patient should not cause the record lock. Did the record lock clear after that patient's checkout was completed?
