I have been seeing this problem for the past several months. I end up calling on "outstanding" claims that were paid weeks ago. The payment is tied to the claim, but the claim is still marked as submitted. The example below just happens to have dual insurance, but most of the ones I have encountered have only one. Why / how is this happening?
I am having a similar issue with secondary pre-auths. They have been submitted and recorded when returned, but they still pop up as needing to be submitted. I have tried deleting them to no avail.
Which provider do you use to submit your eClaims? do you use our service or a third-party service?
Sorry I am just now seeing this. We use Vyne/Remote Lite. But we have used them for more than 5 years and this is just now happening. Same person has been posting payments for the past 5 years too - so that isn't the issue.
