When you say "Other" information,
Do you mean the button on the Pt. Record the displays Employer (alternate name), Employer Address 1 etc?

Yes, that's what we would use it for employer info. How would others feel about including in this area the Primary Care Physician (PCP) w/space for phone number and Emergency Contact w/Phone number?
