Entering pharmacy names into ePrescription

Firstly, I wonder why all pharmacies in a certain radius couldn't have been preloaded into PW without me needing to enter CVS, Rite Aid, Safeway, etc... and the city and state. Surely this could have been done on your end in a far simpler fashion.

Secondly, not all pharmacies are able to be identified, even with exact address. Do I now need to contact these pharmacies to get a special code number they are linked with?

Thank you.

Re: Entering pharmacy names into ePrescription

Hello

When searching for pharmacies on the prescriptions module you should only need to search by zipcode to see a list of all the Pharmacies that are currently included in the database.  If there are any that should be there but are not listed yet that you need, you would need to call our support and speak with one of our eServices escalation team members, and they can open a ticket to get the needed pharmacies added to the database. You can find our support number here if needed.
