Help with Employee Properties

We have had some changes in our practice and we need to make changes in the employee properties to reflect the changes.  Unfortunately, the changes we have tried to make do not work.  Is there someone to contact who can help?  Support is no help with PracticeWorks settings. I have had a ticket outstanding with Support for a week. No response.

The best option is to call the trainer voicemail hotline and leave a message.  A trainer should call you back within 2 business days.  The number is 800-230-3425
